(nilalait nalang ako parati).. . . . . .  Why does it have to be "SLIM is IN"?  Hindi nyo ba alam na MAS PINApaBABA nyo ung SELF ESTEEM ng malulusog na tao? I hate the mentality of some people, they are so judgemental and they don't even think what other's would feel about it.

DEPRESSION!

I don't know what causes me to be depressed. This is so idiopathic, no known reason. Suddenly I will just see myself thinking of something which is not worth thinking... I hate this feeling, but i have to fight this be stable and be consistent because if not, depression will really kill me.(mabuti nalang HINDI malamig sa PILIPINAS, napakainit! less incidence of severe depression)
